Changes are made ONLY to online tickets. You can change the date and/or time of your visit through our website, under the “Tickets” section. The option to reschedule your visit is available up to 28 days from the initial visit date. Ticket changes are made by you and only once.

Musuem of Illusions tickets are nonrefunable. Tickets may be rescheduled just before the reservation time, dependending on availability. No-shows will be charged the full price and will not be rescheduled.

Reduced-price admission tickets for our museum do not include large family discounts. However, we offer a family package deal consisting of 2 child tickets and 2 adult tickets. For each additional child, a separate ticket must be purchased.

Pets are not allowed in our museum, regardless of their size. They are also not permitted to enter in a bag or cage. This decision is due to the safety and comfort of our visitors. There are cases of visitors with allergies or phobias, and we must respect them.
